UTP or University Teknology Petronas was established on 1997 with the cooperation between the government and petronas company. During the early establishment of utp, the internet network at this campus is not working too well. That was the reason why some people call this campus as 'universiti tenet pelahan' or utp at that time. ha3







Regarding to the map, UTP is located at the mid between ipoh and lumut.
